Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of being made to order, Rugs and Runners are not able to be returned so please choose carefully, but I'm quite convinced you won't be disappointed! This does not affect your statutory rights in the event the item arrives damaged, in which case you will be supplied with a replacement.
The Bricked
- Vacuum regularly
- Do not put in washing machine or dryer
- Gently wipe down with a damp cloth
- Do not place in close proximity to open fires
Due to the production process of dye sublimation, there is an odour which emits from the back/base of the rug or runner, this is normal and will air out in a couple of days.
